When it comes to internet marketing organic traffic is like the best strategy to attract targeted visitors to your website.
“The definition of what is organic traffic is considered a form of free traffic originating from search engines such as Google.”
According to Wikipedia
Organic search results are listings on search engine results pages that appear because of their relevance to the search terms, as opposed to their being advertisements. In contrast, non-organic search results may include pay per click advertising.
Organic traffic is one of the best traffic sources to get because you are getting actual live people who are already searching on the internet for what you have to offer.
Having a SEO formula to follow plays a key important role in your marketing in order to drive the right type of traffic to your business.
That goes with knowing how to properly do SEO and content marketing for your type of “audience” or niche group of people. Without this skill you will never understand how the internet really works and how people are actually driving all kinds of traffic to their website for free.
What Is Organic Traffic | Tip #1 Find An Audience?
Before becoming a internet marketer I was a traditional Network Marketer who only knew how to present, prospect and close sales. That’s all I knew as far as marketing experience but that alone didn’t help me with my transition to online marketing because the world wide web is totally a different playground.
It’s really different as far as no need to do belly to belly prospecting and chasing people to join your business. Â I no longer have to worry about when my next sale will come or even do any home parties.
Rich Guzman my mentor had taught me that in order to succeed as a internet marketer and drive traffic organically I needed to know who was my target audience and learn the digital marketing formula.
See there is a science and a formula to internet marketing and people in general who are new to making money online always seem to focus on what’s in it for them. Â Hey I can relate I use to think just like that until I walked away from Network Marketing and learned the right education.
So without going off track let’s go over finding out who is your “Audience”.
The best way to figure out who is your target audience for your product or service is to ask yourself the following questions:
1. Who is my audience?
2. What are they looking for?
3. Where can they get this on the internet?
4. Why do they need this?
5. How can my offer help them or even benefit them?
These are the very questions you must relate to your own type of business before you write or publish any kind of content.
What Is Organic Traffic | Tip #2 Article Marketing
Writing blog posts and articles is not for everyone, but this organic traffic method is a long term strategy that does drive organic traffic and it works! I been blogging and writing articles since 2010 and I clearly have seen how much I grown as a professional blogger from when I started as a article writing newbie.
For us bloggers and article marketers we know how time consuming it can be just to write one single blog post or article and putting the proper SEO. No matter what you are marketing or selling in your business or franchise, you still have to write articles that is written specifically for that type of audience.
Writing an ordinary article requires the following:
I. Selecting the appropriate keyword phrase that you want to write about in your content.
II. Outlining the layout of your article or post into topics for discussion.
III. Optimizing your article’s keyword density.
Every article that you write must have the keyword flow naturally throughout each paragraph. Don’t have your keyword show up in every single sentence because that will raise you keyword density too high and it’s what we bloggers call “Keyword Spamming”.
Let your work flow and write with your own voice as natural as possible.
What Is Organic Traffic | Tip #3 Submitting to Article Directories
Some people ask, “Well I finished writing my article so now what is my next step in getting my blog post or article out there for more traffic?”
Here is the answer…Article Directories!
Why should you submit your article or blog post to article directories? You have to understand how the search engines work and what they are actually looking for in websites.
See your blog or website alone does not have an internal linking structure that is already optimized to bring what is called, “spiders” to your website or page that it does when your submit your article to article directories.
Basically search engines send out computers to “crawl” websites on the internet. These computers are what we call “spiders” and they view other websites like a big spider web.
The spiders follow the links from website to website and distinguish keyword “connections” within their databases when they find relevant information that will be useful for their users.
When your article is submitted to a databases by these spiders, they use your keyword density and content along with their “page rank” (PR) algorithm to determine where to place your listing in the search engine.
Google uses page rank to determine how important a domain is which means that the higher the PR then the higher the pages will be in Google.
Just know that with staying consistent with posting your articles on your website or blog will increase your page rank on your own domain name in the search engines over time.
By following these helpful tips we’ve discussed above, you will have a better opportunity to get ranked for your keywords that you select to write content about.
What Is Organic Traffic | Tip #4 Rinse and Repeat
Find your own flow of how many articles or blog posts you should be posting, some people write one, two, or even five articles a week which equals to about 20 to 50 articles per month that is brining in organic traffic and sales on autopilot.
Can you imagine how incredible it would be to have your entire business on complete autopilot bringing in leads and sales?
So think about what will happen to you while you are writing you begin to start learning how to write content and with the consistency you will start developing your own flow, your own writing voice that attracts people, and you will get really good till you become a master.
Once you find what works for you all you got to do is just rinse and repeat the process and you will start to see results. The advantages of writing articles and blogging as a free marketing strategy are incredible!
