When It Pays To Attend Jeffery Combs Golden Mastermind
The most important coaching advice I ever received by Rich Guzman was to hire a personal business coach.
That being said the benefits of hiring a business coach are critical in a entrepreneurs growth process because they know what it takes to make it in business and stay successful.
Let’s talk to Rich about meeting his coach Jeffery Combs for the first time.
Today we sit down one-on-one with Lead Generation Expert Richard Guzman about his experience of hiring his business coach Jeffery Combs. Read more…!
Here, Rich takes a seat on the other side of the interview table, offering his take what it’s like to be coached by Jeffery Combs and what you can expect it to be in the near future should you be considering attending his Golden Mastermind Seminars.
1. How did you learn about Jeffery Combs?
In 2008 when I first got started with Carbon Copy Pro.
2. What was the main reason for hiring Jeffery Combs?
Well, I was inspired by how he was coaching the top leaders in Carbon Copy Pro and the people who were getting coached they were having great success. So I thought about Wow! I would love to hire him as my coach but at the time I was only just getting started in internet marketing.
3. What was the first two coaching sessions like with Jeffery Combs?
Not what I expected. I thought I was going to learn how to make money and become a millionaire. But, what the coaching revealed was more about finding out more about who I am. Then we got to the nitty gritty and we found out more about what was lacking in my ability to achieve success.
I realized it was all about attitude and about having the right confidence but more importantly responsibility to myself. Some things you don’t want to hear but you need to hear and that is why it’s more important to have a coach.
4. Â Soo… I’m curious was it your idea or Jeffery Combs suggestion to go to Breakthroughs to Success?
Well, I’ve always wanted to go but like I said I didn’t have the funds to afford it. It was Jeffery’s idea for me to go.
5. What did you do to buy your ticket to Breakthroughs to Success then?
I borrowed the money to go and how it happened I was at the event in Las Vegas with the opportunity I was involved in. It was like it was meant to be because I was asked to talk on stage to train and mentor people on how online marketing works. From there doors just started opening up and it was weird because I ended up after that traveling to Stockton, California to meet with Jeffery.
6. What did you do the first day you arrived at your destination?
Got off the plane and there was a limousine waiting to pick me up to take me to Stockton, California which was about a 45-minute ride from Sacramento Airport. Then I arrived at the hotel I just kind of kicked back for while and took a shower. An hour from there I was picked up by the limo again to be taken to meet with Jeffery and his wife for dinner along with the other guests. You know we had dinner and then he actually asked me personally to sit with him and his wife so I was honored by that privilege. We all got to tour his facility where he showed me all his collection of classic cars and his wall of famous autographed sports memorabilia.
7. What did you learn at the Breakthroughs to Success seminar?
What I learned there is what fear is and what fear is all about but more importantly I learned what fear is to me. I also learned more about how to take responsibility for your own business. I learned a lot about communication taking control of the conversation…more importantly the art of asking questions.
8. What is your advice to someone who might be thinking about hiring a coach like Jeffery Combs?
Don’t try to figure it out, just soak it all in and be open minded. Once you open your mind you are going to find out more about yourself than you never knew. Some of those things you might not like that you find out about yourself but it is beneficial because some people like to go there wearing masks not being themselves. You got to put the mask down and be vulnerable and only then you will be able to find your way. Once you know about you …then you can get over the hurdles.
9. Now I heard that you stayed a little longer in California, what did you do next?
Yeah I went to visit Lake Tahoe, it’s a place I’ve always wanted to visit.  I just had this fascination for that lake to be so blue and where I come from the lakes are all brown.  For me this was a mystery so I always wanted to find out about it. I have a video I recorded of my experience:
10. Any final words you like to add before we end this interview Rich?
Yes, I just want to say I am truly blessed to have Jeffery Combs in my life not only as a business coach and mentor but as a friend. You know when people look into finding a coach it’s not just about hiring a coach… it’s about finding a true mentor that can bring out the best in you.Â
Thank you Rich!
