In order to earn commissions from selling the jewelry you must order your business kit and become a Touchstone Crystal Consultant.

There are eight ways the company rewards you:

Retail Sales Commissions pays you 25%-40%

Leadership Bonuses pays you 2%-5%

Personal Recruitment Bonuses pays you 3%-4%

Central Group Bonuses pays  you 5%

BMW Car Bonus is earned when you reach Senior Director Level of sales totaling $750 up to $1,500 per month.
